Refund and Returns Policy

At Auria Skin, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you are not completely dissatisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused
  • the item must be unopened and in its original packaging
  • you must provide proof of purchase or your order number

Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • opened or used products
  • items not in original condition
  • products damaged after delivery
  • gift cards, if applicable
  • sale or clearance items, unless faulty

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at customercare@auriaskin.co.za with your:

  • full name
  • order number
  • reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
